HARRISBURG – Rep. Zach Mako (R-Lehigh/Northampton) is partnering with Luther Crest and St. Luke’s University Health Network to host a Senior Health Fair on Friday, Oct. 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Luther Crest,
800 Hausman Road in Allentown.
“This event provides a good opportunity for seniors, their family members or caregivers to come to one location and have all of their questions answered,” Mako said. “I encourage anyone interested to attend what is sure to be a very informative and fun event.”
The fair will include free health screenings and information for senior caregivers, as well as representatives from state and local government agencies and local senior service organizations to answer questions. Flu shots also will be available, assuming no manufacturing delays. If applicable, those interested in receiving the vaccine are asked to bring their Medicare card.
